Discover fascinating facts about fynbos, its relationship to the indigenous Tsitsikamma forests and its cultural uses in the local community during a short wild walk. Learn how a simple moth contributed to the upliftment of the area and the building of an historical church still in use today as a cornerstone of the Kurland Community.

Along the way, the guides will prepare you for a chance to observe the cheetahs as your paths cross in the fynbos. Get ready to take some amazing photographs as the cheetah passes by, enjoying their special time of the day. A scrumptious bush picnic overlooking the indigenous Tsitsikamma Forest completes this section of the program.

After being escorted back to the centre for a short break, the guides will take you on a guided tour of the facility and its permanent residents  that call Tenikwa home, to photograph and learn about the indigenous wild cats of South Africa and how they are adapting to a changing world.

During this program, you will see African Wild Cats, Servals,Caracals, Cheetahs, Leopard, Lions as well as a variety of local wildlife and learn about the rehabilitation work that Tenikwa does, returning wild animals back to nature where they belong.
