Sabor
Sabor is a modern Mexican restaurant offering traditional dishes with a fresh spin. Diners can order carne asada burritos, tacos, ceviches and quesadillas, and enjoy a variety of Sabor favourites prepared tableside, including premium tequila flights and margaritas, as well as homemade guacamole.


Solarium Bistro Restaurant
Solarium Bistro is a resort-style restaurant with a laid-back atmosphere that caters for weight- and health-conscious patrons. Comfort foods, low on calories and fats, with an emphasis on flavour and freshness, are served for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with a variety of freshly squeezed juices.



Izumi
Izumi is a Japanese a la carte restaurant offering an exotic Asian-inspired dining experience with dishes ranging from sushi to sashimi and tableside preparation using Hot Rocks. Also on the menu, is a wide variety of hot and cold appetizers, entrees, desserts, and more.



Jamie’s Italian by Jamie Oliver
Jamie’s Italian celebrates Chef Jamie Oliver’s love of Italian cooking and the Italian way of life with authentic, handcrafted dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients, using authentic, tried and tested recipes. Diners can order dishes such as Jamie’s Italian Famous Plank piled high with cured meats, pickles, and tempting cheeses, delicious pastas made in-house every day, entrees, small plates, and a gorgeous selection of grills and desserts.

Chef’s Table
The Chef’s Table offers a private epicurean experience for a limited number of guests in an intimate, exclusive enclave located throughout various spots onboard. The formal meal consists of a five-course upgraded menu and wine tasting. The Chef de Cuisine specially prepares and presents each course while explaining cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavours. A sommelier pairs every course with wine chosen to enhance the enjoyment of the dish.


Chops Grille
Chops Grille offers quality, hand cut steaks that bring a contemporary flair to traditional steakhouse offerings. Diners can enjoy prime beef with Maine lobster, veal parmesan, grilled Branzino, and other scrumptious dishes paired with interesting sides and irresistible desserts.



Wonderland
Wonderland offers a unique dining experience in an elaborate dreamscape with amorphous mirrors, mystery, sensory surprises, and never-before-seen fare. The experience begins with patrons "brushing" the menu to find their element, wind, ice, fire, water, earth, or dreams, each of which comes with a selection of small or shareable fantasies and magical elixirs.
