Small Groups (5 – 12 rooms per night)

• 10% refundable deposit to confirm the booking.

• The 10% deposit becomes non-refundable 90 days prior to arrival.

• Full payment required 60 days prior to arrival.

Large Groups (13+ rooms per night)

• 10% refundable deposit to confirm the booking.

• Full payment required 90 days prior to arrival.

4. BOOKING DEPOSIT CONDITIONS

4.1. Individual (FIT) Reservations (0 – 4 rooms per night)

• No deposit required at time of booking.

• Full payment required 14 days prior to arrival.

4.2. Individual (FIT) Reservations Peak (as indicated)

• No deposit required at time of booking.

• December Peak: Full payment required by 15 October.

• February Peak: Full payment required by 01 December.

5. BOOKING CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

5.1. Individual (FIT) Reservations (0 – 4 rooms per night)

• If cancellation is within 14 days or less of arrival date a full cancellation fee will apply. In the event of a no-show, full cancellation fee will apply.

5.2. Individual (FIT) Reservations Peak - as indicated on rate sheets (*)

• If cancellation is within 60 days or less of arrival date a full cancellation fee will apply. In the event of a no-show, full cancellation fee will apply.

1.        CHILD POLICY

·         Children are welcome and will be accommodated according to the hotel’s specific child policy.

·         Children sharing with adults may stay at a reduced rate, subject to room capacity and bed configuration.

·         Baby cots and extra beds must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

·         Children 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult older than 18 years.
