Conditions
Single Occupancy
- Single occupancy rates of the two bedroom family suite will apply for bookings of less than three persons
Children Policy
- Children who have not yet turned 3 by the date of arrival stay free of charge.
- Children from the age of 3 up to their 6th birthday will be charged 50%.
- Children from the age of 7 up to their 12th birthday will be charged 75%.
- Children 12 years and older sharing with adults will be charged full adult rate.
Payment terms & conditions:
- A deposit of 50% is required in order to confirm your reservation.
- Full payment is required 6 weeks before guests arrive at Kusudalweni Safari
Lodge & Spa. - If the arrival date is less than 45 days from day of making the reservation then full
payment is required. - Method of payment: Bank transfer, credit card (Visa), or cash in ZAR (R)
Cancellation fee:
- A 20% administration fee of the full account will be levied on any cancellation.
- 45 – 30 days – Guest forfeit 50% of full reservation value
- Less than 30 days – Guest forfeit 100% of full reservation value
- No show/ early departure p Guest responsible for full reservation value
