RATES:
- Rates are based on per person sharing.
- Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15%.
- All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Please note that rates are subject to change.
OUR RATE INCLUDES:
- Air-conditioned en-suite accommodation.
- All meals.
- A selection of house drinks, including house-wines, local brand spirits, beers, and soft drinks.
- Safari game drives conducted in open 4-wheel drive safari vehicles.
- Fishing and walking safaris.
- Transfers to and from Ulusaba airstrip (ULX).
- In-room Wi-Fi.
OUR RATES EXCLUDE:
- All flights and transfers.
- Applicable airport taxes.
- Certain special meal requests.
- Purchases from the curio shop.
- Gratuities.
- Laundry services.
- Premium brand drinks.
- Telephone calls.
- Sole use of a private safari vehicle.
- Sabi Sand Nature Reserve gate entrance fees.
- SAN Parks conservation fees.
- The Sabi Sand Guest conservation contribution levy (GCC).
CHILD POLICY:
- Children must be 8 years and older to stay at Inyati.
- Family chalets are suitable for families with 2 adults and 2 children.
- The per person sharing rate is applicable to children.
- Children are permitted on game drives at the guides' discretion.
- Children above 16 years old may participate in walking safaris. For younger children, we offer child-friendly walks around the lodge with experienced guides.
- Occasionally, due to restrictions on the number of guests and vehicles allowed in the Sabi Sand Nature Reserve, we may not be able to accommodate extra children in rooms.
Conditions
BOOKING PROCEDURE:
To make a reservation or inquire about availability, please send an email to the Inyati Reservations Office. Please note that no reservation should be considered confirmed, modified, or canceled without receiving written confirmation from the Inyati Reservations Office.
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking. Inyati Game Lodge reserves the right to automatically release reserved accommodations if the deposit is not received within the specified time for each booking.
Full payment is required 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. Payments can be made through credit card or electronic bank transfer. Your reservation will be confirmed once you receive an acknowledgment of payment from us.
Please be aware that any bank charges incurred during the bank transfer process are the responsibility of the guest or the travel company making the transfer to Inyati Game Lodge.
Additional charges and minimum stay requirements may apply to your reservation.
Inyati Game Lodge retains the right to modify tariffs without prior notice in response to changes in taxes or levies imposed by governmental authorities.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and will only be considered effective upon our receipt of a cancellation voucher. Keep in mind that third parties or affiliated service providers, such as flight or transfer operators, may impose their own cancellation fees.
Inyati Game Lodge enforces the following cancellation fees for confirmed reservations canceled within the specified timeframes:
A 5% cancellation fee will apply if the reservation is canceled more than 60 days before the arrival date.
A 25% cancellation fee will apply if the reservation is canceled within 60 days of the arrival date.
A 50% cancellation fee will apply if the reservation is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
A 90% cancellation fee will apply if the reservation is canceled within 14 days of the arrival date.
We strongly recommend that all guests have travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen cancellations, delays, injuries, losses, or any other potential issues
