When the guests arrive at the estancia, they are welcomed with a hot drink and homemade pastries in a cozy quincho overlooking the Andes.
The experience continues with a guided walk around the estancia, once dedicated to sheep farming and now a prestigious Hereford cattle ranch. Guests may also choose an optional horseback ride to explore the surroundings. The route offers outstanding views of the Southern Arm of Lago Argentino, glacially sculpted rock formations, natural beaches, and native lenga and ñire forests rich in wildlife, including eagles, woodpeckers, parakeets, and hares.
Afterwards, visitors tour the shearing shed to learn about the traditional wool-shearing process and watch demonstrations of horsemanship and daily ranch activities. They may also observe milking or sheep herding. The day concludes with a traditional Patagonian lamb barbecue cooked over an open fire.
