Excluded in rates: 

• The Reserve Entrance Fee, currently R180.00 per person once off, which we collect from you on behalf of North West Parks and Tourism Board. (Subject to change)
• Madikwe Guest Conservation Fee, currently R180.00 per guest per night, which we collect from you on behalf of the Madikwe Concessionaires Forum. (Subject to change)
• Alcoholic and Soft Drinks.  (We sell a reasonable selection of beers, wines, spirits, and soft drinks. Please note that we no longer sell single use plastic bottles of still water. We stock glass bottles, for sale at R120 each, which can be filled with our delicious and safe borehole water. You are, of course, welcome to bring along your own refillable water bottle.)
• Our branded clothing.
• Staff gratuities.
