We start the tour with a walk through the community of Caño Negro. At the dock we board our boat and begin the tour on the Frio river and lagoons where you will experience stunning landscapes, abounding with wildlife and you will get a glimpse of the daily life of people living near the wetland.
Your guide will point out the many natural and cultural riches of Caño Negro. Visitors will be impressed with the variety of flora and fauna that can be seen inside this refuge which is home to more than 350 species of birds, 310 plants and at least 160 species of mammals.
