Each retreat reimagines the classic Queenslander with clean lines, generous appointments and understated luxury. Beyond sliding doors, expansive verandahs open to lush rainforest surrounds, each complete with an inviting hammock – the essential tropical indulgence, gently swaying in the afternoon breeze. Silky Oaks Lodge welcomes children ten years and over.

Dine

Dining at Silky Oaks Lodge draws on the richness of Tropical North Queensland’s produce, with a contemporary Australian menu shaped by ingredients from the region and beyond. The Treehouse Restaurant welcomes visitors aged 10 years and over for lunch. Advance bookings are essential. Breakfast and dinner are reserved for in-house guests.
