The Bush Lunch Experience is ideal for families, friends, groups, and safari travellers who want to make the most of their time in the park. It works especially well for full-day game drives, fly-in arrivals, fly-out departures, and itineraries where time inside the park is valuable.

Dining Experience

Guests are welcomed to a prepared bush lunch setup in a convenient wilderness location. Tables are neatly arranged, the setting is calm and open, and the meal is served fresh on-site.

The Bush Lunch Experience helps improve the flow of a safari day. Guests do not need to be rushed back to their accommodation, which can be tiring for both guests and vehicles. Instead, lunch is served at convenient locations that fit naturally into the day’s itinerary.

This allows more time for game viewing, easier movement through the park, and a more relaxed pace throughout the safari.

For fly-in and fly-out guests, the experience is especially useful. Many flights arrive in the Serengeti around late morning, and by the time permits and park formalities are completed, it is often close to midday. Rather than rushing guests straight to the lodge, they can enjoy an early lunch nearby before continuing with their safari experience.
