There are three comfortable bedrooms in the main house - one with a King size bed, one double and one bunk room with a queen on the bottom and single on top. There's also a sleepout with two single bunks and an additional toilet, in addition to two bathrooms inside.

The sleepout has a washing machine as well as boogie boards for the waves and a BBQ for guest use.

The large open plan lounge area, with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The living opens onto the garden and patio with an indoor/outdoor flow, perfect for that holiday feel.

Relax watching the sunset behind the Kaimai hills enjoying a glass of wine while the kids run around on the lawn. Cook on the BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining on the patio with ample seating options. It really doesn't get any easier on holiday!

If you bring your boat there is a coin operated ramp 5 minutes away at Bowentown, next to the boat club. Or launch off the Beach at Anzac Bay, with a protected tidal harbour for fishing, water skiing, kayaking and wind surfing, or venture out across the bar for excellent fishing and diving.

Enjoying a round of golf is possible in Waihi and Katikati.
