This activity includes three hands-on experiences: Traditional Cooking Workshop, where you will learn recipes passed down through generations; Palmeando My Tortilla, a practical activity to make your own corn tortilla the traditional way; Sugarcane Mill (Trapiche), where you will discover the artisanal process of sugarcane milling; and the Artisanal Bread Workshop, where you will bake and taste freshly made bread in a wood-fired oven.
