Bookings are accepted on the understanding that guests have their own comprehensive travel insurance with at least cover for Medical, Repatriation and Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 20% Non-refundable deposit. Balance payable in full 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification.Upon confirmation:

• Up to 61 days prior to arrival, 100% of monies received is refunded**Monies refunded are minus applicable bank charges.
• 60-45 days prior to arrival, the 20% deposit of the total cost is retained
• 44-30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost is retained
•  29 days-to arrival date, 100% of the total cost is retained

To make a provisional booking:

Please send an email to info@ilngwesi.com. Your booking will be held provisionally for 14 days. The expiry date of the booking will be noted on the reservation summary that you are sent. You are required to confirm the booking prior to the expiry date otherwise it will automatically expire. If you require more time to confirm your booking,the expiry date may be extended once (on request).

To confirm a booking:

A booking shall only be confirmed upon receipt of the 20% non-refundable deposit. Proof of Comprehensive Travel Insurance is required.

Please ensure that the booking voucher contains the following information:

• FullNames of ALL guests in the group and ages (especially of children)
• Any special dietary requirements, allergies or other special requests
• Date, time and method of guest’s arrival and departure
• Advise if any mobility challenges. (the lodge is located on a hill and those)
• Any special celebrations-birthdays, anniversaries etc.

Room check in is from 11:00 AM on day of arrival and check out time is 10:00AM on the day of departure.

We reserve the right to review published rates in the event of currency exchange rate fluctuation, increases in costs or taxes that are beyond our control.

Liability: IlNgwesiCompany Ltd and any associated or contracted companies and their owners, directors, management and employees shall not assume liability forany illness, injury or death to persons visiting the properties nor for any other incident of any nature involving any client(s) while they are on the property, participating in any experiences, nor while travelling to or from the property. IlNgwesiCompany Ltd. cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal property; however, itmay be caused.

Our Child Policy as follows:

•  Applicability of child rates for children aged 6-17 years old.
• FOC stay for children aged 5 years and below.
•  Full adult rate charge for a child occupying their own room.
