The Narok County Government Bed Night Levy

USD 20 per child per night (under 18yrs)

The 12-hour rule (6 am – 6 pm) for visitors to the park will come into effect immediately. However, those staying inside the Reserve will be granted an extension to either exit the Gate or be at the

airstrip by 11 a.m. on the day of their departure.

Payment Policy

A confirmed booking comprises of the following terms & conditions:

20% deposit within 7 days of travel confirmation to secure the booking

Full and final payment must be received by Sentinel Safaris no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will require full payment within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made in writing and conditions of cancellation are as follows:

More than 90 days before arrival, the 20% deposit will be refunded less bank charges.

Less than 30 days and no shows 100% is forfeited

No refund will be given for guests who arrive but leave before completion

Children Policy

All children welcome

Not advisable for children under 4

Children rates available for children under the age of 12 years sharing the family tents with their parents

Important to Note

Daily Park Fees to be pre-paid with accommodation and are non-commissionable.

Credit card payments: Surcharge will be charged. Visa, Amex & MC: 3 %

All bank charges are to be covered by the guest, agent or operator. If a refund is paid by Sentinel

Safaris, then the bank charges for the refund will be deducted from the refund payment.

Incorrect quotes or charges to the guest will be covered by the booking agent or operator.

Private use of vehicle per day: US$ 350.00
