Nordic Walking Programme:
Specifically designed to engage the entire body, Nordic Walking Poles feature rubber tips to push off various surfaces like our wide teak decks, and help distribute stress while walking, increase stability, improve balance, and alleviate the steady impact of running and jogging, while offering similar benefits. Using these innovative poles exercises both the upper and lower body while walking, adding to the cardiovascular benefit and burning up to 46% more calories than walking without them.

The main showroom for Crystal’s award-winning Broadway-style production shows and headline entertainers features exceptionally comfortable seating. Crystal Symphony features a fully supervised Junior Activities programme for kids between the ages of 3 and 17 on Holiday voyages and nearly all summer sailings, each with dedicated play areas for both young kids and teens.
Children are supervised during their activities with the Junior Activities Directors, and children with parents’ permission are free to come and go as they please.

Fantasia welcomes children ages 3-7 and 8-12, with tables and chairs for arts and crafts, popular Sony PlayStation® games, a large screen television and board games. The "teens only" hang-out Waves, for ages 13-17, features Casalina chairs and Marimekko-patterned Fatboy bean bags. All enjoy Wii, PlayStation®, Xbox, Kinect, wide-screen TVs, and supervised age-specific activities.
