La Fortuna Waterfall Reserve:
Next, we head to the La Fortuna Waterfall Reserve, where a majestic 210-foot waterfall awaits. Hike 1,640 feet downhill to reach the base of the falls and feel the invigorating spray. Take a refreshing dip in the natural pool formed by the La Fortuna River – a perfect reward for your trek. Your visit directly benefits the local community, as 100% of the entrance fee goes towards social projects like schools, nutritional centers, and infrastructure.

Mistico Hanging Bridges:
Our journey continues at Mistico Park, a 618-acre haven of vibrant rainforest. Immerse yourself in the lush canopy as you traverse 15 hanging bridges, ranging from 16 to 330 feet in length. Our knowledgeable naturalist guide will unveil the secrets of this colorful ecosystem, pointing out fascinating flora and fauna along the way. The breathtaking views of the Arenal Volcano peeking through the trees will leave you speechless.
After a thrilling day of exploration, you will be drive back to the hotel, brimming with memories of your Arenal adventure!

· Who can participate: Suggested for children over 4 years old and adults in good physical and medical condition. Infants under 3 years old are allowed for walks if parents are responsible for carrying them.

o Volcano Hike: 3 kilometers (2 miles) approx.
o Waterfall Hike: About 600 steps approx.
o Hanging Bridges: 3.2 kilometers (2 miles) approx. (A shorter version of 1.9 km is available only for private tours)

· Restrictions: Water shoes are required for the waterfall; sandals or other open shoes are not allowed. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No pets allowed. Advance reservation is required.
· Note: The hike to the volcano will go in the morning and the bridges tour in the afternoon, although depending on the season this may vary according to the volumes of occupation in both parks.
