FLIGHTS to be paid in full before they can be issued. Once issued, they become non-refundable.

3RD PARTY accommodation and transfers – we will apply the respective Terms & Conditions.

CANCELLATION due to Covid-19* up to 60 days pri[1]or to travel deposit of accommodation is refundable. Between 59 and 1 day before travel the payment can be used for future travel – no full refund will be given.

CANCELLATION due to any other reasons than Covid-19, our standard cancellation policy will apply as follows: confirmation to 91 days 20% of accommodation only, then of full invoice (excluding park costs) 90-61 days 25%, 60-31 days 50%, 30- 0 days 100%.

Rates include: All meals, laundry, local drinks, all game viewing activities (2 per day - game drives and walking safaris), transfers to/from Mana Main and Mana West airstrip.                                                                                                               

Rates exclude: Tourism Levy, Conservation & Community Fund and & Park Costs (US$65 pp pn); Visas; flights; premium drinks; transfers in and out of Mana.                                                                                                                    

Child policy: Minimum age 12 years unless camp is booked exclusively; No child rates.                                                                                                                    

Air transfers: All min 2 seats one way. Victoria Falls/Mana Pools (2h 10mins). Harare/Mana Pools (1,5hrs).                                                                                                                     

Road transfers: per seat, min 2, one way. Lusaka/Chirundu road transfer (2.5hrs). Chirundu/Mana Pools boat transfer (1.5hrs).
