The Spa at WedgeView
Welcome to our world of well-being, found in our cosy Spa nestled in a quiet corner of the garden. Come and indulge in the therapeutic essential oils & natural plants extracts used in the locally produced TheraVine™ products we use for treatment and also retail. Our highly skilled & trained therapists will ensure that you thoroughly enjoy all the soothing and decadent treatments we have to offer.

WedgeView Spa is open daily from 8:00 – 17:00 by appointment only & consists of the following:

- The Spa offers a single treatment room and a double treatment room used for couples or friends. Both have air-conditioning to keep the rooms comfortably cool in summer, warm and cosy in winter. A Sauna & Steam Room is available for in-house and outside guests. Guests can pre-book the Sauna or Steam Room at R 400.00 per 30 min per 1 or 2 pax (couple). Showers are available. A small but well equipped Gym for our guests to use.

WedgeView Spa is also open for outside guests as "Day Spa" and offers a range of treatments and day packages.

Stay in and enjoy a lovely a la Carte dinner at our Bistro Style restaurant at WedgeView. Book your table and place your order before 17h00 .

If you prefer or decide to go out for a meal instead of having a bite to Eat at our Bistro Style Restaurant, then Stellenbosch is the place to be.
Food and wine are perfect partners, so it’s no wonder there is such an abundance of restaurants in the Stellenbosch region. Stellenbosch is wine and food country, and this truly is a paradise for any gastronomy-lover. Here one can eat at leisure and enjoy the tranquil surrounds with a glass of wine in the Heart of the Winelands.

Stellenbosch Wine Route is the oldest Wine Route and a route for all seasons, a place where memories are made. With 152 wineries, each and every one is a reason to come visit and besides that it is the wine and culinary capital of South Africa.

WedgeView has a 360-degree view of Vineyards and the majestic Cape Mountains. Take a glass of wine onto the balcony and enjoy the superb ambiance of the countryside.

Whale Coast Route and other routes
To encounter the famous Whales take the Whale Coast Route for a stunning hour and a half drive via Gordon’s Bay, Pringle and Betty’s Bay to Hermanus. In Hermanus you can climb onto a boat and go for whale watching and if lucky dolphins, while after that you can enjoy an ice cold beer on one of the many terraces overlooking the sky blue sea.

Mountain Biking
The Magnificent Mountains and hills surrounding Stellenbosch offer unequalled opportunities for mountain biking.
If you want to exchange the tarmac for a more rugged trail, swooping downhill and winding tracks then the Western Cape has more than enough mountain bike trails for you.
Around the corner from WedgeView, MTB Bottelary Hills part of the Bottelary Hills Renosterveld Conservancy (BHRC) offers some great Mountain biking trails. The closest official starting point from WedgeView is Overgaauw Wine Estate.

Bikes 'n Wines offers a range of Wine Tours on Mountain bike and the starting point is located approx. 2 km from WedgeView. Some Tour examples can be found below.
