● Full payment must be received at least 30 days before arrival

● All rates are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at booked rates.

● Arrangements for transfers can be made upon request.

● Check-out time is 10 AM. Check-in time is 2 PM.

● All bank charges are for the account of the payor.

Cancellation Policy

● The cancellation policy is charged as follows:

● Cancellations made 0 - 14 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee

● Cancellations made 15 - 28 days before travel: 70% cancellation fee

● Cancellations made 29 - 59 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee

● Cancellations made 60 - 90 days before travel: 20% cancellation fee

● Rates are inclusive of 15% VAT and statutory 2% tourism levy
