- Fully inclusive of accommodation, scheduled activities in the Maasai Mara National Reserve and Mara North Conservancy, all meals, laundry, return Ol Kiombo airstrip road transfers, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages including premium beverages. Guided Bush Walks are also available on site at this property.

- The return scheduled seat in plane air transfers from Nairobi Wilson to this camp are excluded from the nightly rate. - However, when combined with a Great Plains Conservation Reserve Collection Maasai Mara based camp on a minimum 2 night stay in each camp, return scheduled air transfers are included.

- Exclusive of conservation/park fees (amount subject to change without notice), and hot air ballooning which should be booked in advance.

- The Maasai Mara National Reserve and Great Plains Foundation Conservation & Community levy is applicable to all private pilot / guide stays.

- Pilot/guide rates are nett and non-commissionable.

- ** Maasai Mara park fee is subject to change without prior notice.

- Local airlines offer daily scheduled flights between Nairobi’s Wilson airport and Maasai Mara’s Ol Kiombo airstrip. Schedule and rates available on request. Minimum 2 guests required per flight.

- Local airlines use a variety of aircraft ranging from a Cessna Caravan (12 seats) to a 40-seat aircraft. The flying times are approximate as the service could land at additional airstrips en route, depending on passenger demand.

CHANGING A BOOKING

After the booking has been confirmed, should the guest wish to change to an alternative departure date for any non Covid-19 reason, we may at our discretion, charge a change fee of US$25 per person.Should guests need to postpone their travel or are unable to travel prior to 61 days of original travel dates, purely due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no charge to postpone the confirmed Great Plains Conservation specific arrangements held.Third party reservations may be governed by separate terms and these will be communicated at the time of postponement.

CANCELLATION SCHEDULE

1. More than 61 days prior to arrival, your refundable deposit will be returned less a 25% handling fee;

2. Between 60 to 46 days prior to arrival - 50% of the full value of the reservation value will be forfeited;

3. Less than 45 days prior to arrival and No Shows - 100% of the full value of the reservation is forfeited.

Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification and applicable to the scale of cancellations above.

In the event that the destination country’s borders remain closed 30 days prior to the guest’s international arrival, we will endeavour to rebook their travels at a suitable later date, or failing that release the services held at our camps with no cancellation fees applicable other than the handling fee of 25% of the paiddeposit being applicable.

Should a guest fall ill during their travels, fail to arrive at a property, join a safari, join after a set departure

or leave it prior to its completion, no refund can be made, and full cancellation fees apply. For any changein itinerary by guests whilst on safari, there will be no refund for any services not utilised, and all new arrangements will be for the guest’s account.

All third party reservations may be governed by separate terms and regardless of the reason ofcancellation, their refund and/or cancellation policy will be communicated accordingly at the time of cancellation.

CHILD POLICY

- Children are accommodated from a minimum age of 6 years.

- Activities of canoeing and walking will cater to family ability & safety. Some activities may have a specific age related restriction.

- Child rates are applicable for up to one child aged 15 and younger sharing with one adult in a tent, when available.

- Children 16 and older will pay applicable adult rates and be accommodated in a separate tent.

- Families will be combined with other guests for all game viewing activities.
