• Provisional bookings will only be held for 7 days, if not confirmed within these 7 days your offer will expire and the reservation will automatically be cancelled. 
• All bookings are subject to a cancellation policy, cancellation of confirmed rooms without charge will be possible until 30 days prior to arrival, hereafter a 100% cancellation fee will be charged
• All reservations are confirmed with 20% deposit
• Remaining 80% / Balance Outstanding of reservation after confirmation is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
•  We only receive payment via EFT or Credit/Debit Card.
