KuKaya is located in South Luangwa National Park, a few kilometres from the Main Gate. It comprises 5 double villas (2 BR and 2 BA) and 1 single villa (1 BR/1BA). Each villa has air-conditioned bedrooms, private verandas, and a comfortable lounge, as well as a private plunge pool and firepit.

The rate includes a private guide and vehicle, all meals, game-viewing activities, and a dedicated personal host.
