GOLF!

GOLF: Keep your swing on swing on while on safari! We are in between an 18hole per 73 courses at Kilembe, and a 9-hole beautiful course at Toro Club in Fort Portal, Uganda’s tourism city- and while at it, we shall tell and show you why Fort Portal has this status. Kilembe Mines Golf Club (fondly known as KMGC) is the longest, and most beautifully designed golf course in East and Central Africa, and indeed one of the best and most challenging golf courses on the continent. It is said that if you manage to live and make it in Chicago, you can leave anywhere in the world. The same can be said of the course at KMGC. Your best skill limits shall be tested at Kilembe, and you are free to thrive anywhere else in the world of golf. Set up in the deep of the Rwenzori Mountain ranges- famously known as base camp, as it’s the start of the hiking point for the Rwenzori snowcapped mountain- you shall take in incredible views of the Rwenzori Mountain ranges, and Kasese town below, and rift valley further afield to ensure a lovely round of golf. And yes, you don’t have to carry a golf kit, or move along with your favorite caddie- we got you covered all on the house. We shall deliver you to the course, get you a kit, and caddie, just so you enjoy the golfing gem that is at KMGC! The same applies to Toro Golf Club. This beautiful golf course is set up on Fort Lugard, upon which the City of Fort Portal derives her name. This was a fortified base for Sir Lugard while he administered over the region on behalf of her majesty the queen. Beware that the fort bunkers are in play at the 18th hole, and the 10th tee! We shall deliver you to this historical site on complimentary basis for one (1) round of golf, and a fee for the subsequent ones. And the 19th hole is the best!
