- A non-refundable 30% deposit of the total invoice is required upon confirmation of the booking.
- 100% payment of the total Invoice is required 45 days prior to the date of arrival for all the seasons.
- Cancelation 61+ days, prior to arrival – no cancellation fee charged.
- Cancellation 46-60 days, prior to arrival – 25% cancellation fee charged.
- Cancellation 22-45 days, prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee charged.
- Cancellation 72 hrs - 21 days, prior to arrival – 75% cancellation fee charged.
- Cancellation less than 72 hours, or no-show – 100% cancellation fee charged.

- Child rate is applicable for children aged 5 - 11.9 years sharing with one or two adults.
- Children under 5 years stay free (excluding park fees).
- Children staying in own room pay 75% of the room rate.

These rates are valid for the year 2026 only.
Check-in is from 12:00 pm (noon).
Check-out is at 10:00 am.
Should the government alter rates, the camp reserves the right to increase the rates without notice.
The hotel reserves the right of admission, and the rooms are subject to availability.
Bush/outdoor activities such as bush dinner, bush breakfast, sundowner and walking safari are weather-permitting.
Tulia Amboseli Safari Camp does NOT allow pets in, or on the premises.
