Terms and Conditions
Reservations & Cancellations:
All reservations should be confirmed in writing. Provisional reservations will be held for a maximum period of 14 days from the date of requesting the reservation, after which the reservation will automatically be released.
A 10% non-refundable prepayment is required to confirm any bookings.
The remaining balance is then to be settled 30 days prior arrival.
The cancellation policy to the remaining balance for rooms cancelled within 4 weeks of the date of the reservation is as follows:
Within 4 weeks - 25%
Within 3 weeks - 50%
Within 2 weeks - 75%
Within 1 week - 100%
NO SHOW - 100%
