Minimum 3-night stay in the Self-Catering Units:

All reservations should be confirmed in writing. Provisional reservations will be held for a maximum period of 14 days from the date of requesting the reservation, after which the reservation will automatically be released.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice. The rate confirmed at the time of the booking will be honoured.

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any online bookings.

The remaining balance is then to be settled 31 days prior arrival. 

The cancellation policy to the remaining balance for rooms cancelled within 4 weeks of the date of the reservation is as follows:

Within 60 days - 10%

Within 31 days - 25%

Within 21 days - 50%

Within 14 days - 75%

Within  7 days - 100%

NO SHOW      - 100%
