EXCLUSIVE USE POLICY

• A Chobe Princess can be booked on an exclusive use basis and a ‘per boat, per night’ rate will be charged
• We reserve the right to limit single rooms per trip
• Available rates and dates are subject to change at management discretion
• The payment and cancellation policies for a Group Reservation will apply

CHILD POLICY 

• The Chobe Princesses welcomes children age 7 upwards
• Children aged 7 to 12 will receive a 50% discount on the applicable adult rate and a 30% single supplement applies to single children
• Children aged 13 and older are considered adults and will be charged the applicable adult rate
• Only one child ages 7 and 12 can share a cabin with two adults. This is limited to one cabin per night per houseboat and is subject to availability at time of reservation
• Please note that no babysitting services, separate activities and/or menus are available for children

PAYMENT TERMS

• Provisional reservations will be held for a maximum of 14 days, thereafter it will be automatically released
• Any discrepancies on the confirmation or invoice must be addressed with reservations within 7 days of issue
• The full balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival
• Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will require full pre-payment at time of booking
• Subject to a 30% supplement for cabins occupied by one adult (limited availability per trip)

FIT  (1 – 7 PAX)
• 30% deposit is due within 7 days of invoice date

Group  (8 – 26 PAX)
• 10% deposit is due within 7 days of invoice date
• A further 40% deposit is due 120 days prior to arrival

Tour Series (Minimum of 8 PAX for 3 + trips per year )
• 10% deposit is due 180 days prior to arrival
• A further 40% deposit is due 120 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Only written cancellations will be accepted. An acknowledgement of the cancellation will be sent from the reservations department
• Chobe Princesses reserves the right to release bookings should payment not be received by the requested date

FIT (1 – 7 PAX)
• 30% of fee if cancellation is less than 90 days prior to arrival
• 100% of fee if cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival

Group (8 – 26 PAX) & Tour Series (Minimum of 8 PAX for 3+ trips per year)
• 10% of fee if cancellation is less than 180 days prior to arrival
• 50% of fee if cancellation is less than 120 days prior to arrival
• 100% of fee if cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival
