EXCLUDED
- Mandatory Conservation Fees - directly supporting the community projects of the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust. The fees are $125 per adult per night and $60 per child per night for 2024, and $150 per adult and $75 per child in 2025
- Massage treatments and additional activities such as Day trips to Tsavo West National Park, Amboseli National Park (Prior booking required), and Scenic flights.
Conditions
CHILD POLICY
Children from ages 1 to 5 stay for free. The child rate applies to youth from ages 6 to 17.
Luxury Tented Cottages $625 per child per night (in a third bed)
CANCELLATION SCHEDULE
- 30% deposit due to hold booking within 10 days of reservation. Full payment is required for bookings arriving in 60 days.
1. 10% of the deposit is non-refundable.
2. 30% of the deposit will be charged for booking cancelations received between 90 to 61 days prior to arrival.
3. 100% of the full value of the booking will be forfeited for no-shows and bookings canceled 60 days prior to arrival.
