The riverside dining experience offers an authentic African barbecue-style dinner surrounded by the wilderness of the Zambezi National Park. We have recently built a fully-mobile, multi-layered wooden deck on which to host all riverside dining offerings, enhancing our guests’ comfort and taking care of the environment at the same time.
