The above rates are quoted per person per night and are in USD. Rates are subject to change without notice e.g. increase in park fees, government tax increase.

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation of an Individual Booking will only be valid if made in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by the Company.

1. From date of Booking to 181 days prior to stay – NO cancellation fee charged. Any monies paid, inclusive of admin travel support / environment support fee will be refunded.

2. 180 days prior to 61 days prior: 20% cancellation fee will be applied, calculated on accommodation rate only. Any transfers and/or private vehicle will be removed prior to calculation of this cancellation fee. This is in line with our admin support fee/environment support fee.

3. 60 days to 22 days prior: 50% cancellation fee will be applied, calculated on accommodation rate only. Any transfers and/or private vehicle will be removed prior to calculation of this cancellation fee.

4. 21 days to 8 days prior to arrival: 90% cancellation will be applied, calculated on full booking.

5. 7 days to date of arrival: 100% cancellation

Payment Terms:

1. All payments to be received promptly as stated in deposit policy. Should payments not be forthcoming, the properties reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

2. Proof of payment must be sent through to the Reservations office on reservations@ghohahills.com with reservation number and guest name clearly stated on the correspondence.

3. The invoice you will receive for payment is nett and exclusive of any bank remittance charges. Please adjust the transmitted amount to allow for all bank charges.

4. Payments for all additional services rendered must be settled on departure by the guests.

Child Policy:

0 – 2 Years - 10% of Adult rate

3 – 11 Years - 50% of Adult rate

12 – 15 Years - 75% of Adult rate

16 Years + Adult rate

No childcare / baby-sitters are available at any of our properties.

Children must be under the supervision of their parents at all times.

Private activities, which are subject to availability at the time of booking and charged at an additional nightly rate, should be booked for all families travelling with children younger than 12 years

Rate Includes:

• Accommodation
• All meals, tea/coffees, snacks
• Local drinks (soft drinks, water, local beers, selected wines and spirits)
• Laundry
• Game Drives
• Use of small fitness centre
• Savuti Airstrip Transfers
• Government taxes, levies and park fees as currently legislated.

Rate Excludes:

• Transfers, flights
• Travel insurance and visa costs
• Premium brand beverages (imported beers, wines and spirits)
• Curios and items of a personal nature
• Vehicle entrance fees for self-drive guests
• Spa treatments.
