General Terms & Conditions for Tour Operators:

Because of our exclusive use policy, our cancellation policy is in line with that of remote  "bush lodges". 

• Bookings cancelled 46 plus days prior to arrival will incur a 20% cancellation fee of total booking value.
• Bookings cancelled 31 to 45 days prior to arrival will incur a 25% cancellation fee of total booking value.
• Bookings cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee of total booking value.

• Bookings cancelled 7 to 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 75% cancellation fee of total booking value.
• Bookings cancelled 0 to 6 days prior to arrival will incur a 90% cancellation fee of total booking value.


• From the trade, we do not require a deposit to confirm a booking. Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.

Rate inclusions ; Breakfast, complimentary airport transfers, “meet and greet” -15 minute massage and VAT      

Rate exclusions ; Dinner, lunch, bar & curio purchases, laundry and items of a personal nature.
