Situated in the Kariega Game Reserve, River Lodge boasts a tranquil setting on the banks of the Bushman’s River. The safari lodge’s suites are well appointed, with en-suite bathrooms, private viewing patios, king-size beds, air-conditioning and overhead fans. Guests can spend their days relaxing in one of the peaceful lounges, reading a book from the library, or swimming in the sparkling swimming pool. Safari excursions on offer include river cruises, game drives and guided bush walks. The game reserve is home to the Big 5, and these animals as well as other game and bird species can be seen while on safari. Other recreational activities available include fishing, canoeing and beach trips by boat.
