Mohlabetsi is a magical oasis nestled in the heart of the stunning Lowveld area of the Limpopo Province. Their location is simply unbeatable - just 10 km North of Hoedspruit. Eastgate airport (Hoedspruit HDS) is a mere 25 km from the Lodge, and only a short distance from the awe-inspiring “Panorama Route” along the majestic Drakensberg Escarpment.

As part of the Balule Nature Reserve, Mohlabetsi are proud to be incorporated into the Greater Kruger National Park Management Area, ensuring that our guests can enjoy traversing on over 12,000 hectares of pristine wilderness.

This charming lodge offers six thatched rondawels, each one featuring a twin/king or queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. For families or larger groups, we have two Family Chalets with interleading doors between the twin/king and queen rooms, each with their own facilities.  All the rooms have fans, airconditioners and a bar fridge, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.

But, that’s not all - They also have a luxurious suite that goes above and beyond our other rooms, complete with a private pool that is perfect for relaxing and soaking up the African sun.

When you are not out on game drives, you can browse around the large curio shop or relax in a hammock alongside the sparkling pool.
