Barefoot Addo Elephant Lodge is situated in the Greater Addo region, an hours drive from the entrance to the National Park and two hours drive from Port Elizabeth, the fully fenced game reserve offers tranquillity to those wanting the experience of an intimate, exclusive lodge.

Comfortable and spacious suites are set against the tranquil backdrop of the Africa bush. The private and exclusive units are built on elevated wooden decks and are designed to blend discreetly into the natural environment. Some are nestled in the Yellowwood Forest, others are set on the hillside, offering breath-taking views of the reserve.

There are a variety of activities for guests to engage in such as a game drive on the property where guests can view eland, waterbuck, blesbuck, wildebeest, giraffe and zebra as well as bird and botany guided walks and elephant encounters/walks. Guests are advised to book activities beforehand.
