Mbali Mbali Katavi closes annually from 1 March to 31 May.

All rates are in United States Dollars and based on a per person per night sharing basis in a double room for 2024: 

Full Board Rates Include - Accommodation, three daily meals (dinner, breakfast, lunch or packed lunch), three complimentary beverages per meal while dining on site (includes water, soft drinks and beers), Laundry, Tourism Development Levy, and VAT.

Full Board Rates Exclude - Game drives, Transfers, TANAPA Conservation/Park Entry fees, TANAPA Concession/Camping fees, Extra Meal or Packed Lunch ($25 per person), flying doctor/medical evacuation, travel insurance, and gratuities.

Children and Family Policy - Children of all ages are welcome at Mbali Mbali Lodges and Camps. The following rates apply: 0 to 4 years (FOC), 5 to 15 years (50% of the Adult rate), 16 years and older (Adult rate).  Children under 14 years are not allowed to stay alone in a room. Our family rooms are reserved exclusively for bookings traveling with children younger than 18 years. As per TANAPA regulation, the minimum age to take part in the chimpanzee trekking in Mahale Mountains National Park is 12 years and in Gombe Stream National Park is 15 years.
