Emboo's culinary team prepares meals with produce from the camp's vertical and hydroponic gardens, located 100 steps from the kitchen. The menu blends Kenyan flavours with global influences, using fresh ingredients picked the same day they're served. Dietary requirements are accommodated, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-intolerant options. Inform the team in advance of any allergies or preferences so the kitchen can prepare accordingly. Bottled drinking water is available throughout the day. The bar serves Kenyan teas and coffees, cocktails and mocktails using garden ingredients, and a selection of wines and spirits. Meals are served in the main area overlooking the river, with the option for private dining or bush breakfasts following morning activities.
