In partnership with newkings, owner and operator Chef Pavel Dimitrov’s sea facing Zest Restaurant is in the hotel, and is open seven days a week, serving meals to hotel guests and local Capetonians. Its wood-fired Grill is the highlight of its kitchen, the Kameeldoring wood giving a wood-smoked aroma to the meat, fish, and vegetables prepared on it. Chef Pavel believes that Fresh is best, and that Less is More.  Zest offers Breakfasts, Lunch, Dinner, Room Service, Oysters, Cocktails, and fine wines and bubbly daily. Its Summer Tasting Menu is available from Mondays - Thursdays. In a separate venue Zest caters for special events, family celebrations, and business meetings, seating up to 40 delegates and guests.
