In the morning we serve a full breakfast (included) from 08h00 until 10h00, with a variety of fruits, fresh juices, cereals, cheeses and cold cuts, as well home-baked bread cookies, traditional bacon & eggs, beans, sausages, omelets, pancakes and more.
Coffee is freshly grinded made from local plantations (Tanzania).

At the Palace Restaurant we offer lunch from 12:30 to 15:00 and dinner from 18:00-20:30 (last seating), both à la carte.
Our Chef creates his dishes with fresh ingredients, a lot of passion and a personal touch. We offer international food and local specialties, with sea-food, meat and vegetarian ingredients, to satisfy the diverse palates of all our guests.
All our meals can be accompanied by specially selected top wines.
For a special night and full immersion in local culture, we propose the ‘Swahili experience’, a bonanza of local specialties especially prepared for our guests to fully appreciate the richness and variety of the local cuisine.
