Eland - The 6-sleeper Equipped Cottage is charged at the same rates as the De Hoop Village Cottages.

Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation six weeks or less before arrival – 75% of full amount will be forfeited.
Cancellation two weeks or less before arrival – 100% of the full amount will be forfeited.

Both Melkkamer Manor House and De Mond Villa are sold on a fully inclusive basis with a chef and host available during your entire stay. A minimum stay of 2 nights are required. And a minimum cost of R17500 per night is required. Melkkamer is a 10 min boat ride accross the vlei from the Opstal Area or a 40 min drive around the vlei. De Mond is a 10 drive from the Opstal Area. Included: breakfast, lunch, dinner and selected activities. Excluded: Gate fees & beverages.

Opstal Manor House - The Small bedroom in the Opstal Manor House is only suitable for children. Rate is R1850 per child sharing/single child DBB 1 Oct 22 - 30 Sept 2023 and R1950 per child sharing/single child DBB 1 Oct 2023 - 30 Sept 2024
De Mond Villa & Melkkamer Manor House - There is a mininum 2 night stay, minimum charge of R17 500 per night and a minimum of 5 guests per night for both De Mond Villa and Melkkamer Manor House.
