• Children of all ages are welcome at Brookdale Estate under adult supervision when booking exclusive-use stays.
• A bed fee applies for children on roll-away beds. A total of 2 roll-away beds are available for children 12 years and younger.
• A maximum of 1 roll-away bed is available allocated per suite.
• An age restriction may apply to certain activities. Alcohol will only be served to people over the age of 18. All swimming activities and pool use must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• A childminding service is available at an additional charge.

TRAVEL INSURANCE :

All travellers are strongly advised to take out fully comprehensive travel insurance with CFAR (Cancel for Any Reason). This insurance must be able to fully cover cancellation of travel less than 45 days prior to arrival.
