Set on gentle slopes amongst our vineyards, The Bistro looks out across vineyards and the mountainous landscape of our valley in the Paarl Winelands. In this serene setting, Executive Chef Gary Coetzee crafts menus inspired by nature's rhythms ranging from a Summer to Winter menu.
