Estancia Bahia Esperanza is not a hotel in any conventional sense. Its secluded atmosphere and the design of the experience is more similar to a private country house in a Patagonian ranch (estancia), informal and very relaxed. The Waterfront Owners House can only be booked on a whole-house, all inclusive service basis, thus ensuring privacy and exclusivity for couples, groups of friends or families.

Nine bed distributed in three bedrooms:

Room 1: one king bed or two twin beds
Room 2: two twin beds and 2 trundle beds
Room 3: one bunk bed and one twin bed.
