Welcome to Hotel Real La Merced
Our hotel is an authentic old colonial mansion built in the late 1800s and restore in 2012 preserving and conserving the original architecture. Hotel Real La Merced own and managed by Nicaraguans are very proud of their roots and culture seem and felt in every detail of the hotel. The hotel better-known as ¨Casa Zampieri¨ or ¨Casa del Cesar¨ still conserves its history and pink marble staircase designed by the acclaimed Italian- architect Mario Favilli 80 years ago. Our guest will also enjoy the first pool in Granada’s history located at the heart of the hotel. Our furniture - antique and restore, our ceiling – made out of precious certified wood, our door- replicate from the original house, our decoration- minimalist with colonial style wants to feel like home as well as a representation of true Granada Mansion.
