CANCELLATION POLICY AND PAYMENT TERMS

Terms & Conditions:

INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS

Provisional bookings will be held for 2 weeks after which they will have to be confirmed or released.

Payment Terms                    -           FIT Bookings

Full payment is required 30 days before arrival.

All bank deposits are to be received free of any bank charges or commissions.

Cancellation Policy               -           FIT Bookings

More than 60 days prior to arrival                                             :           Full amount refundable

Less than 59 days but more than 30 days                                 :           25% of full amount payable

Less than 29 days but more than 14 days                                 :           50% of full amount payable

Less than 13 days prior to arrival                                             :           90 % of full amount payable

Written confirmation required for all cancellations (e-mail or facsimile)

GROUP BOOKINGS

Any party reserving 3 chalets or more is considered a group

All group bookings need to be confirmed within 120 days or more prior to arrival.

Payment Terms                    -           Groups (Inclusive of weddings)

25% deposit is required to secure a group/wedding reservation.

100% payment is required 60 days before arrival.

All bank deposits are to be received free of any bank charges or commissions.

Less than 120 days but more than 90 days                               :           25% of full amount payable

Less than 89 days but more than 60 days                                 :           50% of full amount payable

Less than 59 days but more than 30 days                                 :           75% of full amount payable

Less than 29 days prior to arrival                                             :           100% of full amount payable

Written confirmation required for all cancellations (e-mail or facsimile)

Leopard Mountain Safari Lodge reserves the right, without notice, to release any accommodation held where the required deposits and payments have not been timeously received.

Please note we reserve the right to adjust rates at our discretion to accommodate factors beyond our control

Child Policy:

-   Regretfully no children under the age of 12. 

-   All Children pay full adult rate
