PAYMENT POLICY

• Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
• Reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival require full payment within 48 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 31 days or more prior to arrival: Free cancellation.
• 30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee applies.
• No shows: 100% cancellation fee applies.
• No refund will be given for guests who arrive but depart before completing their stay.
• A 3% admin fee applies to any refunds.

PEAK SEASON (24 December – 4 January)

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
• Balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Children policy

Please note Fundu Lagoon is not suitable for children younger than 12 years.

Children aged 12 and older pay full adult rates.

Other

It is the responsibility of every client to assess their own insurance requirements and to organise their own

insurance. Due to the fluctuating cost of fuel, relevant activity rates are subject to change without prior notice.

It is the client's responsibility to advise Fundu Lagoon of their flight arrival and departure times from Pemba.

Fundu Lagoon will not be responsible for delayed or missed transfers to/from the resort.

Wedding extras require advance notice and payment.
