Payment policy

A non-refundable 20% deposit of the total invoice amount is required 7 days after confirmation has been sent to confirm a provisional reservation.

The balance/full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Only payments at the resort: A 5% surcharge will be applied to all payments by credit and debit card.

Any bookings made within 60 days prior to arrival are liable for full payment to cover cancellation fees.

Bank transfer payments: All bank charges are to be covered by the guest, agent, or operator.

Incorrect quotes or charges by the agent/operator to the guest will be covered by the booking

agent/operator.

From the time of the confirmed booking until 61 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total booking value

60 - 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking value

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be received by Fundu Lagoon (reservations@fundulagoon.com) in writing by email.

Canceled bookings will be charged cancellation fees as follows:

No refunds will be done for no-shows or days not used resulting in an early departure.

Children policy

Please note Fundu Lagoon is not suitable for children younger than 12 years.

Children aged 12 and older pay full adult rates.

Other

It is the responsibility of every client to assess their own insurance requirements and to organise their own

insurance. Due to the fluctuating cost of fuel, relevant activity rates are subject to change without prior notice.

It is the client's responsibility to advise Fundu Lagoon of their flight arrival and departure times from Pemba.

Fundu Lagoon will not be responsible for delayed or missed transfers to/from the resort.

Wedding extras require advance notice and payment.

MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS

Minimum 2 Night Stay: 05 Jan - 01 April & 01 Jul - 23 Dec

Minimum 5 Night Stay: 24 Dec - 04 Jan
