Accommodation, all meals, complimentary star-gazing, two scheduled excursions per day. (Seasonal activities vary but include rock art excursions, guided rooibos farm tours, full day excursions into the Cederberg, farm tours, boating excursions in summer, guided walks in Cederberg Wilderness Reserve, sundowner walks). Also use of mountain bikes, walking and mountain bike trails on the farm, complimentary WiFi

HB+

Accommodation, breakfast & dinner. Use of mountain bikes, self-guided walking, mountain bike trails and complimentary WiFi

Exclusions

All drinks, spa treatments, return transfers from Cape Town, use of e-Bikes, curio purchases, other items of a personal nature

Payment Policy

All Direct reservations require a 10% deposit upon booking confirmation, to be paid within 7 days

Easter Weekend and Festive Season: 25% non-refundable deposit

Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival

All requests, confirmations and cancellations are only valid if in writing. Please ensure that you receive acknowledgment of your cancellation from our Reservations Department. The

cancellation fee is a percentage of the full accommodation account

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to res@simbavati.com

FIT bookings (three rooms or less)

- Up to 61 days prior to arrival: 10% cancellation fee

- 31 to 60 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee

- 15 to 30 days prior to arrival: 75% cancellation fee

- 14 days prior to arrival: 90% cancellation fee

Group bookings (four or more rooms)

- Up to 91 days prior to arrival: 10% cancellation fee

- 61 to 90 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee

- 45 to 60 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee

- 44 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% cancellation fee

- 14 days prior to arrival: 90% cancellation fee

All cancellation fees are calculated on the total booking value

Please note that 100% cancellation fees will be charged if guests decide to depart early while staying with us

Child Policy

We accept children of 8 years and older

8 to 11 years: 50% of sharing rate when sharing with two adults

Luxury Suite: 1 child under 12 on a converted window seat

Superior Pool Suite: 1 child under 12 on a converted window seat. One suite can also accommodate 1 child/teenager up to 17 (75% sharing rate) on a sleeper couch, subject to availability. 1 suite can accommodate 1 child/teenager up to 17 (75% sharing rate) on an extra bed

Child sharing with one adult: per person sharing rate applicable

Notes and Other Rates

Festive Season: 21 Dec 2026 to 03 Jan 2027 and 21 Dec 2027 to 09 Jan 2028

Easter Weekend: 26 Mar 2027 to 29 Mar 2027 • Provisional bookings will only be held for 7 days; or 48 hours within 7 days of arrival or if Reservations specifies due to high demand. Thereafter the booking will automatically be released

For reservations within 15 days of arrival, full payment is required upon confirmation

We reserve the right to cancel the booking if deposit or final payment is not received at the appropriate time
