River God Adventures
River God Adventures
6-Night Floating Safari
RGA safaris begin in Chirundu, where guests board the vessel and travel downstream, stopping each evening at remote campsites. Given the ever-changing nature of the Zambezi, no two trips are the same; islands used in previous years may shift or disappear entirely, making each safari a unique experience.
Tiger fishing is a highlight for many, but time on the tender boats also offers exceptional birdwatching, game viewing, and a chance to take in the stunning scenery.
Led by a licensed Professional Guide, each day’s itinerary is flexible, whether you prefer fishing, relaxing cruises, or guided walks through Mana Pools and surrounding islands.
A standout feature on our safaris is the daily brunch, where the crew anchors EOS on a shallow sandbar and set up a shaded dining spot. Enjoy a fresh meal, while wading in the cool waters of the Zambezi.
After an evening river excursion, you return to a well-prepared campsite, welcoming crew, and a comforting fire to sit by and recount the day’s adventures. At night, guests retire to cozy upper-deck cabins for a restful nights' sleep. Mornings begin with hippo grunts or the iconic call of the fish eagle -- signaling the start of another day in paradise.
