Chef's Table
The Chef’s Table offers a private epicurean experience for a limited number of guests in an intimate, exclusive enclave located throughout various spots onboard. The formal meal consists of a five-course upgraded menu and wine tasting. The Chef de Cuisine specially prepares and presents each course while explaining its cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavours. A sommelier pairs every course with wine chosen to enhance enjoyment of the dish.



Windjammer
Windjammer Marketplace is a global culinary pavilion that invites diners to explore the world, dish by dish with a menu that changes daily. Enticing food islands weave throughout, showcasing international fare, while staff prepare signature specialties such as fresh-pressed Panini, blended juices, fluffy omelettes, pastas, salads, soups, sandwiches, and tantalizing desserts, all to patron’s specifications.
