PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS will be held for 14 days and then must be confirmed or released. Cancellation fees will be applied and so we highly recommend that you ensure full "Trip Cancellation Insurance" is bought at time of confirmation.

PAYMENT 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

FLIGHTS to be paid in full before they can be issued. Once issued, they become non-refundable. 

3RD PARTY accommodation and transfers – we will apply the respective Terms & Conditions. 

CANCELLATION: confirmation to 91 days 20% of accommodation only, then of full invoice (excluding park costs) 90-61 days 25%, 60-31 days 50%, 30- 0 days 100%.

Rates include: All meals, laundry, bar, all gameviewing activities (2 per day - game drives or walking safaris), transfers to/from Makanga Airstrip, a meet & greet person at Lilongwe Airport.                                                                                                                                                 

Rates exclude: Visas, airport taxes (Departure tax - Blantyre & Lilongwe. Landing fees Club Makokola), flights, TL (1%), $60 pp pn for Community/Conservation Fund & Park Costs.                                                                                                                                                       

Child policy: Children of all ages are welcome; 1-6 years = 20% of adult sharing rate (+ US$18 park costs for ages 6 years+; under 5 years = FOC); 7-11 years = 45% of adult sharing rate (+ US$18 park costs); 12-16 years = 65% of adult sharing rate (+ US$60 park costs).                                                                                                                                                            

Air transfers at extra cost: per seat, min 2, one way: Price on Request: Mfuwe/Lilongwe (+/-1hr); Lilongwe/Liwonde (1hr).                                                                                                                                                      

Road transfers at extra cost: per seat, min 2, one way: Mfuwe/Lilongwe; Kuthengo/Mkulumadzi (4.5 hrs); Kuthengo/Pumulani (2.5 hrs); Blantyre/Kuthengo (3 hrs); Lilongwe/Kuthengo (4.5 hrs).
