RATES

Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). All rates are net and non-commissionable per room, per night, based on double or single occupancy.

Rates quoted are Best Available Rates and may differ at time of booking. Please contact Reservations directly for a quotation

• No more than two persons per room/suite, except in dedicated child-friendly rooms
• Check-in time is 14h00 and check-out time is 11h00
• Reservations are subject to terms and conditions at the time of making the booking and upon check-in

CHILD POLICY

• Children are welcome and a cot can be made available in any room 
• Children 7 years and younger can be accommodated at no extra cost on a sofa bed in selected rooms; a maximum of two children are permitted per room
• Children aged 8 - 12 sharing in a room with two adults can be accommodated at no extra cost at Le Quartier Français. Maximum one child per room allowed, accommodated on a sofa bed.
• Children aged 13 and older, are considered adults and will require their own room. The appropriate cottage or room configuration will be suggested
• Normal room rate applies when one child sharing with one adult

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy for Leeu Collection is as follows and applies to all establishments:

Low Season

• Cancellations made 13 days or less prior to arrival date forfeit 100% of the total accommodation price
• No-show or premature departures forfeit 100% of the total accommodation price

High Season

• Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival date forfeit 100% of the total accommodation price
• No-show or premature departures forfeit 100% of the total accommodation price

Peak Season

• A minimum stay of two nights is implemented during this period
• Full balance of payment is due 60 days before arrival during peak period
• A reservation will be cancelled if the full payment is not received 59 days prior to the arrival date during peak period
• Cancellations made 59 days or less prior to arrival date forfeit 100% of the total accommodation price
• No-show or premature departures forfeit 100% of the total accommodation price

• Breakfast (07h30–10h30)

• In-room tea and coffee station

• Bottled water and a bottle of wine

• Unlimited Internet access

• All national phone calls

• Complimentary tasting of Great Heart Wines at The Wine Boutique, per guest per stay

• A scheduled shuttle service between our hotels
