RATES

The villa has 6 bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests, with a maximum of 2 guests per room.

A minimum stay of 2 nights applies year-round, except from 20 December to 5 January, where a minimum stay of 7 nights applies.

The rates listed, VAT inclusive, are the Base Rates per night and includes the first 2 bedrooms ONLY, single or double occupancy.

A surcharge from R8500 for 3rd, 4th and 5th additional bedroom occupied per night applies.

If all six bedrooms will be occupied, the surcharge for the 6th room will be from R3500 only.

THE HOMESTEAD

• The villa is for exclusive use of one group and not multiple individual bookings.
• Children of all ages are welcome.
• The villa bedrooms comprises of 4 en-suite double rooms, 1 en-suite twin room and 1 twin room with adjacent bathroom, accommodating 12 persons in total.
• The names of all the guests must be provided before arrival. No other person/s – except for registered guests – may occupy the villa at any time.
• The villa may only be used for private rental accommodation and not as a venue for any function, wedding, party or event involving anyone other than those guests entitled to sleep at the property as per initial guest list at time booking was confirmed.
• There is NO smoking allowed anywhere inside the villa.
• No pets are allowed.
